Create an Event

It takes less than a minute to have your event created and ready for your audience to register to it. First you will have to create an account, it takes ten seconds and after that you will can submit the event.

After the event was created you can add tickets. An event can have multiple ticket types. You can add the amount of tickets available and the date your audience can start buying them and a date when the sale ends.

How does iEventTixx works?
Create an account and have complete access to your own dashboard. The dashboard will display all sales and transactions.
How and when do I get paid after selling my tickets?
Organizers can withdraw funds at anytime during the event minus the iEventTixx 7% ticket service fee (lower than the competitor fees). Funds can be withdraw via Paypal, Venmo or ACH (Your bank of choice).
How long does it take to get my money after a request?
After a withdraw request funds will take up to 2 hours via Paypal, 2 hours via Venmo or 3 business days ACH (Your bank of choice).
Is there a fee after the iEventTixx 7% ticket service fee to withdraw my money?
The only fee is when withdrawing to Paypal is 2.9% which Paypal charges, but there are no fees for Venmo or ACH.
Is there an iEventTixx app?
iEventTixx has a PWA app for all users. To install the app for iPhone and Apple tablets please follow the steps below:

  1. Open up the Safari browser (not chrome browser).
  2. Go to iEventTixx.com website.
  3. Click the share button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Pull up the menu and click the Add to Home Screen button.

To install the app for Android devices please follow the steps below:

  1. Open up the Chrome browser.
  2. Go to iEventTixx.com website.
  3. Click the three dots at the top of the screen.
  4. Stroll down the menu and click the Add to Home Screen button.

How do customers get purchased tickets and how do I check in attendees?
Once a customer buys a ticket on iEventTixx.com they will receive an email with the ticket and barcode that can be scan with any basic QR Code reader. Customers can also view, or print purchased tickets on their account on the Tickets tab.

Organizers can check-in attendees on their account by clicking on the Tickets tab and selecting the My Tickets tab. Click the green attendee’s icon under the Actions column.
